Exceptional! The location is perfect. Very central, in a beautiful old modern area. Walking distance to the old town, bus and train station few minutes by bus. Perfect by public transport. Bars, supermarkets next to the housse. The souterrain apartment is facing the backyard of a beautiful old modern builindg. Stays nicely cool during hot summer days. The apartment seems to be just renovated, very clean. It is small, but it has everything you might need for a short or bit longer stay. Very well equipped kitchen. Very friendly hosts, great communication. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hradec Kralove region.

A very nice, cosy apartment in the middle of modernist district just a few minutes walk from the center and town square. The windows face the backyard, so it is very quiet.

Everything was perfect.

Nothing, even though the hosts don't know English fluently, but with google translator everything was easily understood

Very clean and tidy apartment in such good location. Kind staff, good price and home-like feeling made my stay very pleasant.

The location was great, the apartment was also equipped with everything I need, especially kitchen utensils!
