The instructions from the host for collecting the key card were very easy, clear, and extremely helpful. The house and its facilities were extremely comfortable, making it ideal for families with 6 or more members. Everything exceeded expectations and was highly satisfying. The children absolutely loved the pool, the game room, and the gym, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing family getaway with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.

The lighting in the parking area was relatively dim, which made it slightly inconvenient, especially during nighttime. It would be great if the management could enhance the brightness by installing additional lights to improve visibility and ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for guests.

It feels like staying in a 5-stars hotel. The place is impeccably clean. The amenities are all complete - iron, water heater, water filter, fridge, washing machine, aircond in every room, WiFi, smart tv with Netflix - it really feels like home. Easy to check-in/out. Easy access to the basement parking too. Beautiful scenery from level 24! Very recommended, especially for a family vacation.
