Location in the city center, cleanliness was ok but a bit dusty, owner gives very detail but lengthy instructions

Rm90 for cleaning fee but need to throw rubbish at the ground floor by your own mehhh, grill need to be repair, no seaview as claimed, deposit higher than 4 star hotel room😆
