Looking For... A Staycation

Great location, near to Batu Burok, HSNZ, drawbridge & mall.. Good instruction by host. My kids love this house because they provide some games and netflix.

There is no plastic bag during our stay and there is no dumpster at the level. Its only available at ground floor.

Near to city centre, clean property, strong wifi, smart tv with subcription

Too much furniture. Kinda need to be very carefull if you are with small kids. It will be good if you guys put “arah kiblat” for the elder.

Apartment fully equipt with coway,microwave , fridge and very clean.

Only one car park available for one unit aparrment. Host not infoming us about this problem. Apartment with cemetery view.. We need to pay RM90 for cleaning fees. RM200 for damage deposit .

Everything is clean and and comfortable

it will be better if they have washing machine @ dryer.. wouldnt mind the price if it is complete appliance

Plenty of beds

If you planning for a leisure holiday, the house rule with the rm200 damage deposit the owner request will make u feel like you are just staying at the place for free. You have to lookout for everything to make sure you get ur depo back. Not to mention also the extra 90rm you have to pay for cleaning charge, but unit is not so clean, dust everywhere, aircond is dusty, and this makes you question the water dispenser cleanliness as well. All this will spoil your holiday experience. Hope the owner will improve.

A bit complicated to get to the designated unit's parking. However, can park at the visitor parking if available.
