I recently had the worst hotel experience ever here. We booked three bedrooms, specifically requesting the master room. However, upon arrival, the hotel owner informed us that the master room was closed—completely unavailable. This was the major reason we actually booked, and the alternative rooms were not good at all for us four people. One friend has to leave. The owner initially agreed to refund us about half of the money, but the next day she did nothing. The hotel itself was extremely dirty, with no hot water available. To make matters worse, the owner’s attitude was horrendous. She even attacked us on WhatsApp , criticizing where we were from, which was completely uncalled for and very hurtful. Overall, this was an appalling experience. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic amenities made our stay unbearable. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel at any cost. This is the worst, worst, worst experience we have ever had.
