Prima locatie en uitzicht over de stad

Het appartement is aan een opknapbeurt toe, veel schimmel en stank in de badkamer. Overal vlekken op de muren en vieze gordijnen. We kregen geen toegangspasje, we moesten constant de portier vragen de deur open te doen.
