Location is great, next to the supermatket, market, beach, bus station.

So the hotel has several rooms. If you book a doublebed room, make sure u dont get room number 1. It is extremly small with a tiny balcony. However, they don't give an option to choose while booking, and money are not refundable. So smart, isn't it? From the very beginning I asked a room with a big terrase, but request was ignored. By the way, the size of the room is aprox the same as the terrase in other rooms, but the price is the same. So funny, isnt't it? When my son and I found out that the toilet is not fixed ( basically u can fall down from it), the door to the bathroom is broken ( i was locked for 25 mins there, while my son was looking for smb to open), the shower holder is broken, tv is tge but no signal 😅 ( and its kind of must for a kid, since the internet was also stucked all the time), and all room was full of dust ( yes i have pictures of everything), obviousely i asked to give us another room or give at least a small discount. All communication was ONLY via messeges. The host said, that everything was good in a room prior to my entrance 😅😅😅 ( really??? But how???) so no dicount was given of course. As a result 11 days in a tiny room with a kid, with a broken toilet, broken shower holder, tv, and broken door. No appologies, no discount, just like everything should be like it is. I am so much shocked. So many years i come to Petrovac, all places were extremly clean, big, hosts were always friendly and helped with everything And this experience was just something like a tragicomedy. Ah at the end i got an email that the host notified booking that i did not stay. Wow! Again very smart. To avoid bad review? Of course confirmed my stay there. So guys be careful. U might be either lucky or unlucky with this hotel.
