New & Equipped Apartment Steps From The Beach With Pool Jacuzzi By Yeah

We could not get in to the property. We called three different times with no answer at any time. It was as if the owners had abandoned the place. If we don't receive a full refund I plan to file a lawsuit to get the return of our money. We have traveled all over the world and this was the worst experience we have had at any time. The property owners have not contacted us even as of now to at least find out why we did not stay there. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great roof top pool area. Good location

Really disappointed with how unclean this place was. Dirty floors, stained beds and really smelly. I think the drains need to be cleaned or something

• Great location with excellent communication from the Yeah staff throughout the stay. • Large, well-stocked supermarket just around the corner with prepared foods and quality produce. • Apartment was clean and new; the pool was great for lounging. • Parking was easy and very convenient. • Building staff and booking agency staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

• Kitchen and one bathroom drain were slow, so showers needed to be kept short. • One FOB was provided; the replacement was handled quickly, but we were charged for two FOBs despite mentioning that only one had been issued. • Listing shows multiple apartments, so it’s important to check the exact room selection. The building name isn’t listed and Google Maps was inaccurate, leading to a short walk from drop-off at night. • The complex location itself is good, though some surrounding streets are quieter after dark. • Not directly on a public beach: Mamita Beach is about a 15-minute walk. Nearby beach access is very small and rocky, more for quick access than lounging.
