The central location and lovely garden courtyard are the best features of this apartment, along with the building amenities—an expansive series of rooftop pools and a good sized gym (though the equipment is minimal for the size of the complex). The apartment has a modern aesthetic and I especially appreciated the garden setting of the ground floor unit. Since I stayed during the quieter season, I mostly had the outdoor courtyard space to myself and it was quite a peaceful experience. I can imagine the patios might feel a bit close together during busier periods, as there is limited privacy between units.

I’m not sure the term “luxury” quite fits. The apartment is extremely compact—there was barely enough space to open a suitcase—and some basic things were missing, like a large jug of drinking of water (which is commonly provided in Mexico). The floors did not appear to be mopped before my arrival, and a partially used bar of hand soap was provided in the bathroom. There was also an unfortunate incident in which the cleaning staff discarded a number of personal items that were stored in the apartment during my stay. After I pressed, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, but it was stressful and should not have happened in the first place. Guests should be aware that the building requires plastic wristbands to be worn throughout the stay. They are attached festival-style, which felt tacky and inconvenient.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le logement était très propre et parfaitement équipé. Le personnel de l’immeuble était très agréable. Le rooftop avec les piscines et la salle sont un véritable plus. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Localisation parfaite.

Excellent apartment in a great area with fantastic facilities. Modern design with fast internet and well equipped.

nothing really, everything was great! would have been nice if we had a towel to dry dishes and a dishcloth but thats all really.

camera spaziosa, condominio con 3 piscine e 2 palestre relativamente attrezzate, security presente giorno e notte; struttura molto vicina alla quinta avenida (circa 5 minuti a piedi)

in 9 giorni non è mai stato mandato nessuno per le pulizie della stanza. avevamo richiesto la sostituzione di un lenzuolo sporco, non ci è mai stato consegnato quello pulito

Tudo novo, espaço bem dividido.

Não ter um varal e tanque para roupas.
