The location is absolutely fantastic and very convenient for exploring on foot. The studio itself is cozy and perfectly suited for a solo traveler. I was particularly impressed by how exceptionally clean the apartment was (with the minor exception of two mugs). It is clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining the space. The host is incredibly kind and helpful; she provided wonderful recommendations for local cafes, restaurants, and nearby lakes. I also greatly appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, such as coffee, tea, and a full range of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.). The small kitchenette is well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay.

While the stay had many positives, there are a few areas that could be improved: - Light & Privacy: Since the studio is at the building’s entrance and has a glass front, privacy is limited. The strong motion-sensor light outside is quite disruptive; it shines through the blinds every time someone passes, which happened frequently early in the morning. - Sleep Quality: I found the bed to be firm and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. - Maintenance: The window shutters do not secure properly and clatter loudly in the wind. Additionally, the small window above the door is broken and cannot be opened or closed correctly. - Hot Water: The hot water in the shower runs out quickly, likely due to a small boiler. - Flexibility: Early check-in was not possible, and check-out was only extended by thirty minutes.

Nice, clean and cozy apartment. It included a lots of daily necessities, including sanitary napkins, and sets for ear hygiene. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with TV and AC remote wrapped in plastic bags, which I really liked. Location is amazing, with its private parking for which you get a card for the accessing the parking under ramp. There are multiple stores right there at the location, as well as coffee places you can go. Some even in the same building complex. Its also close to the seaside walkways so you can go for a walks or a running. The owner also let us do a late check out since there were no guests coming immediately after us which we really appreciated since we couldn’t leave early.
