Elhelyezkedés, a tenger közelsége, zöld környezet kiváló.

Autóval nem lehet megállni a ház előtt, hogy kipakoljunk. A nappali és a fürdőszoba ablakra nagyon hiányzik a szúnyogháló. A főző edényeket ki kellene kicsit egészíteni. A mosogató és a mikró fölé világítás.
