A proprietária muito atenciosa assim como o porteiro do condomínio. A localização eu considerei muito boa, em frente a praia de Búzios e no caminho para outras praias. Em relação ao condomínio, a piscina é excelente e está ao lado da churrasqueira.

A casa é aconchegante, o ar funciona bem e tudo muito bem limpo. Só precisa de algumas melhorias nos acabamentos e algumas pequenas manutenções internas.

Precariedade das instalações, sem toalhas e pouquíssima roupa de cama. Ameaça de multa por ar condicionado ligado qd saíamos do flat, o que que não acontecia. Muito desagradável
