Připravená snadno ovládatelná vířivka. Skvěle vybavená lyžárna. Snadný management klíčů. Skvělá komunikace. K dispozici místní bylinkový čaj a káva. Pohodlné parkování, klidná část obce, možnost procházek, orientace na západ.

Dispozice je v souladu s fotkami u obývacího pokoje průchozí. Rodiče s dětmi je mají buďto ve své ložnici na kvalitním rozkládacím gauči, nebo je můžou přesunout do obýváku (na jiný rozkládací gauč).
