Arlberg Chalets

We got offered early check in, which was very nice, Britta met us at the property and handed us the keys. The apartment was exactly how it was on the photos, very comfortable for 2 people. There was a skibus right in front of the property that took us to Stuben, so we had very easy access to the Arlberg ski region, we didn't even need to use the car. The breadroll service was very good, we got fresh bread delivered to us every morning. The spa area was also quite good, 2 saunas, a steam bath and a pool offered relaxation after a long skiday. All in all, it was a very good vacation, we will be back next year!

We arrived on Sunday so most of the stores were closed and we had to drive a half hour to find one open. There are no big supermarkets close by, only small shops and bakeries.

Incredible scenery! Great skiing and good food. Fantastic amenities with sauna and pool.

Clean and cozy place. Very well-designed and equipped houses. Excellent garage.

The check in window between 15:00 and 17:00 is quite a stress if a family need to travel 800 km and to arrive exactly in this window.

Marvellous Alpenblick Chalet: Unfortunately, time escaped us and we were unable to inscribe our gratitude directly into the guestbook provided in the room. Therefore, we seize this moment to extend our deepest appreciation for the personal touches that made our stay truly memorable. Your meticulous attention to detail and the palpable love infused into every corner of the Apartment did not go unnoticed. It's these thoughtful gestures that transformed our visit into a truly heartwarming experience. Thank you immensely for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special shut out to Britta and Veronica for being helpful and friendly.

Pity you can’t get directly to the Chalet with your own car: we are a big family, restaurant was closed at the time and so we either had to carry food and stuff on our own or book a golf cart (which our kids enjoyed a lot)

The location (Wald am Arlberg) is easy to reach and well located. 20 minutes drive from St Anton. Really lovely landscapes and the snow! Britta and her team were really reactive and pleasant. They are always reachable and available. Excellent services offered. The chalet (rufikopf) was clean, recent and nicely decorated. Perfect to host 2 couples and 2 kids. The sauna was brand new and clean. Really nice to have in the chalet. The TV room in the basement was cool. The swimming pool (shared) was really clean and nice

The chalet (rufikopf) was equipped with the bare minimum which was really too light to spend a week there with 6 people and not aligned with the description / pictures. A huge fridge and 2 big flat screen is not enough to make it cosy and premium ! The heating system was completely dysfunctional… really uncomfortable as it was impossible to regulate the temperature, the temperature was permanently shifting between 20 degrees and 30 degrees regardless the floor. No access by car to the chalet knowing that the chalet is on top of the hill, again really uncomfortable with young kids, to pack/unpack or simply to walk do the swimming pool. No restaurant or supermarket at walking distance, a car is a must if you rent a chalet for a few days. Tiny Spaar in Dalaas, 5 minutes drive but really basic. Last but not least, a lot of rules for everything in the residence (i.e. swimming pool…) but except a few people nobody respect them ! People with shoes in the SPA for example, naked people in the SPA regardless if kids are around… no cabinet available.

The pool was the best thing in this location, big enough, clean and quiet, everything was just perfect!!

Super nice apartments, great facilities, staff, great restaurants closeby.

if you are skiing from St. Anton, please note that you either have to use the tunnel (costs 14€ each way) or take the mountain pass (weather depending this might be too dangerous). But has nothing to do with the great hotel.
