The restaurant on site was great and friendly.

It was perfect we couldn't ask for more

We enjoyed the coffee pot/pod option on the coffee maker, the attractive, updated interior, the comfort of the beds, the functioning air conditioning, the TV options, and that it was well stocked. For the exterior, the proximity to Colins, the pool with swim up bar, and the ocean was amazing! There were two patios which made for outdoor hangout and beach chair space. The property manager was quick and clear in communication and gave lots of details.

We did not enjoy the option early access fee. We believed the property manager that the code would not work until 4 pm and when we arrived at 3:57, it indeed did not work. It was very clear that the apartment was clean and ready before our check in time and extra money for a little extra time to move in our things seemed unnecessary. It was not an issue but the remodel meant for some tight squeezes in the unit.

There is everything to like about this property! It is literally right on the beach. The pool is steps from the outdoor patio (just as the photos detail). We did not want nor need to walk far (few steps) to cool off in either the pool or sea. The property is functional, safe and the staff are friendly/professional. Our family has traveled to all inclusive properties in different popular locations in the past such as Riviera Maya, Cancun, Punta Cana, etc. But this property, hands down, was the best experience for our little family. We counted ourselves blessed to have found such a beautiful and clean condo to spend some vacation time in Puerto Peñasco. We’ve been to Puerto Peñasco before, but this time realized how amazing the sea was. It was calm and welcoming. The water was like taking a warm bath, incredible. We will be back for sure.

The easy access to the beach and pool was absolutely the best part about this condo the outside porch grill and table where phenomenal for views and spending time with family

There were a few dead mosquitoes that were slapped on walls in showers a little gross but nothing that impacted our trip at all.

Great location

There wasn’t sheets for the pull out bed which wasn’t a big deal. We used two blankets one to lay down in the mattress and the other to cover with. The owner was quick to respond when we messaged him about extra bedding.

The view from the patio was great, the large outdoor space and furniture was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

We were disappointed that the on site restaurant was closed during our visit.

Everything was awesome.

There was no Crock pot, and a pan to heat up tortillas. I will take my own next time.
