Studio Pulpito in the charming heart of downtown PV

The location.

False advertising. There was construction behind and above the property. The photos on booking.com are deceptive and inaccurate. Customer service and the property didn’t make it right.

I have spent over 6 months traveling the PV area, and this is the best place I have stayed. It is a little bit of a walk up the cliffs, but it is so worth it. Out of every place I have stayed, this apt has the highest end counters, fixtures, mattress, plus a washer/dryer to use. The neighbors are all friendly. There is construction, but I was having zoom calls every day and it never caused a problem. The apt is small, but you can see from my photos, it is easy to set up a work area, and you can see the quality of the utensils in the kitchen. Just across the street there is a great mini super, and they sell meat to the late night taco stand next door so you are never hungry. Check the photos. This place is a winner in every way!

Great location and cute little space with clean newer finishes. Comfortable bed and nice sitting area. Good bathroom and shower. Up the hill a little from the main streets that run east and west through the main down town area. Plenty of good restaurants and shops just a couple minutes walk away.

The building next door is under construction (complete demo and new building) so during the day it is very noisy. We weren't there too much during the day so it wasn't a big problem. At night the neighborhood is quiet. We were given the wrong code for the key lockbox but that was corrected easily with a phone call and the host was very helpful and had local staff on site to help anytime.

I really appreciated the manager’s excellent communication! They went above & beyond helping us find local activities. Check in instructions were exceptionally clear & easy to follow. What a great host!!

Good price, location, and ease of access checking in.

Next door heavy construction. Noise all day, we went on many excursions . Construction is unavoidable but is is in your backyard.
