La disponibilità di Federico il gestore è impeccabile. La casa ha una vista mare dalla camera da letto principale eccezionale. Posizione fronte spiaggia libera. La casa ha tutto il necessario.

La casa anche se tutto è in buono stato avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Manca un po' di arredamento.
