Apartamento independiente Suite - Recién reformado y parking gratis

La ubicación es perfecta, fácil de llegar a la playa y al Casco Antiguo.

El tema del Parking, tuvimos una incidencia con el mando. No nos iba, llamamos al Casero y seguimos esperando una solución a dicho problema. Hemos tenido que salir y entrar con el coche con una palanca que tienen cuando dejas el apartamento al final de estancia.

Excellent location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Secure, quiet location with lots of free parking and a very friendly dog! Comfortable and quaint with all facilities needed for a nice relaxing holiday.

I really did enjoy my stay at the Apartamento independiente suite but there are two improvements I would suggest to make it a little more omfortable: Heavier curtains to block out the outside security lights that are on every night and are literally outside the window. The apartment currently has blinds which do gap a bit and the light does shine right into the bed. Also maybe provision of a fan for warmer nights.....we often slept with the window open but unfortunately a few little uninvited biting guests got in!

This studio is part of a lovely looking "spanish villa" type of building, with a garden and a small pool. The location was the best, being less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and have a swim, and only 10 minutes in the other direction to the very attractive old town. The bed was comfortable, the property was clean, and we had everything we needed. In particular, this is a secure property with private parking which was a real bonus. Our host met us at the property and was on hand for any problems we may have had. Castro Urdiales is a lovely town, with a bit of everything - beach, port, clifftop walk, quaint back streets, a castle, terrific promenade and friendly people. And only half an hour's drive from Bilbao airport! Would recommend walking West from the beach to the cafe at the top, which affords a great view along the sea front.

It would have been nice to sit in the lovely garden in the sun, but there were no comfortable chairs outside.
