Hideaway

Joy, our host, made us very welcome. She offered us cakes and newly laid eggs as she walked from the hen house. Also supplied milk and orange juice plus staples like coffee, tea and sugar. There was a fully stocked kitchen. Great location with plenty of free onsite parking just a few minutes drive from the centre of Bradford on Avon. That's a bonus because overnight parking in town is very limited.

We were fine with it but the stairs to the mezenine bedroom are steep and would not be suitable for those with limited modility.

Joy was a great host. We felt very welcome on the studio.

What a beautiful annexe - decorated to such a high standard. Beautiful setting and grounds. Loved the decor, facilities and warm welcome. Treated to homemade cakes, chocolate strawberries and few provisions. The hostess Joy and her dog are delightful - just wonderful….everything!

There was nothing at all to dislike about the property. I had an injury so found it harder to walk back home up the steepish hill but easy in a taxi.

Really well kitted out - had everything that I needed with good quality furnishings, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with amazing views and host.

Peaceful, on the edge of the countryside. Short walk to town.

BoA is very hilly, and accommodation was at the top of the hill.

Location and host were excellent.
