Good location for what we wanted

Need to know car access to the property as it is on a cross roads with a reasonable amount of traffic.

Tastefully chosen facilities which all worked well. Supply of essential consumables all good - salt, pepper, coffee washing up liquid, shower gel etc. Bonus: nice fruit, & delicious cake much appreciated. Excellent views into Vale of Pewsey & the hills at the edge of Salisbury Plain, some 10 miles away, the sort of view you dont get tired of. Friendly host; also, friendly dogs.

Needed an extra blanket at night. Would have liked a straight backed chair.

It was in the right place for us to be able to spend time with our family in Bradford on Avon and it was so lovely and clean and comfortable!

nothing! a couple of champagne flutes would have been welcome for our Bubbly and perhaps a cafetières but we managed 🙂

Ideal location to walk down into Bradford on Avon and to go on local walks. Good road connections nearby too. The Hideaway had everything you’d need for a trip away, immaculately clean and with fantastic countryside views. Joy is a considerate and excellent host, and it was great to meet the dogs too!

Ideally the weather could have been a little cooler as it was very hot, but not too much the host could have done about that! Such an eventuality had been foreseen though - a fan was provided in the Hideaway.
