Le calme et la proximité du centre ville et des différents restaurants.

deux étages d'escaliers à monter, j'ai 70 ans et j'ai une prothèse du genou qui vient de m'être posée donc si j'avais pu avoir un rez de chaussée, cela aurait été un plus.
