Great location, awesome apartment.

There's only one parking spot. My girlfriend was originally told "There's only one spot" as in, she's just out of luck. Eventually the owner said "I guess she can park across the street" and we wake up to find a huge "NO PARKING" sign duct taped to her window. So if you're meeting someone or have more than one car it's hugely inconvenient
