The view from balcony was amazing

Apartment is a bit tired rust around basin sink, shower awkward and kitchen needs upgrade

The apartment is spacious and the top floor position provides a sensational view or the resort, beach and sparkling waters.

The room access keypad has a number that is so obvious that it is not safe (in my opinion) we called and the agent said it had always been that and the o key way to change was to contact the owner. So we messaged them and they said it can’t be changed and that nothing had ever happened so it was fine? We had no choice but to leave our valuables in a room where to door code was so obvious and they’re is no safe. I could literally go back to the island and walk into that apartment at any time in the future if I were so inclined. It is not safe or secure.

The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location and view are sensational. The apartment had everything we needed for our three day stay and we could have stayed a week. Everything we used worked and we would stay there again but probably longer if possible. They valet service to and from the airport was much appreciated and the buggy included was very useful.

The water pressure is not great and getting the right temperature for a shower required patience. The WIFI is pretty much unusable and the network light on the modem was constantly flashing. Notably using the cell network with my iPhone as a personal hotspot worked much better than the modem provided and yes, I did reboot the modem several times with little difference. The apartment has not been refurbished in some time and is quite dated in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location was superb, views from the balcony sensational and very spacious. The most comfortable bed ever!

The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated and tired but I don’t want to make this a big negative.

This apartment has amazing ocean views and is located on the top floor in the best area on Hamilton Island. We appreciated the use of a buggy during our stay and the valet pick-up and drop-off service at the airport. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay on Hamo!

The bathroom could use an upgrade.

Great location with a superb view. Great bed Friendly staff who picked us up at the ferry and dropped our bags at the airport. We got to use a golf cart during our stay and it was wonderful not having to wait for the bus if we wanted to go somewhere.

The bathroom hairdryer is taped to the holder in the wall. The bathroom overall could be refreshed. A problem with the facilities of the complex was that not all the plugs for charging the golf cart work. Luckily the staff member who showed us everything pointed this out. So be sure the cart is charging when you plug it in.

The location, host and staff, value, and view is wonderful. The airport pickup/ drop-off service and included buggy usage go above and beyond.

The place is clean and spacious, but some areas are getting a little dated and a refurbishment would help.
