Poinciana 112 is amazing and in the best location, The Owner Maree was just fabulous and made sure everything was just perfect for us. We only had the 1 buggy and did not need an extra one as the apartment was in the middle of both the main pool and also the Marina so only a short walk to everywhere. The apartment was clean and had an airfryer which was a wonderful surprise as most apartments do not provide this. The apartment also had a Nespresso and Maree made sure to tell us to bring pods to save us money at buying them at IGA, another wonderful tip to help her guests. We all just loved Poinciana 112 and will always stay here when we visit Hamilton Island. This was our third visit to Hamilton Island but first stay at Poinciana! Poinciana is now our Favourite. I would recommend Maree and her beautiful apartment to anyone.

The apartment was so spacious and well equiped, the view and the deck were amazing. Communication with the owner Maree was so easy also. The free buggy was fantastic.

The allocation of a complimentary buggy with car seats made this extremely helpful as we were travelling with 2 infants. Fantastic communication with the host and Hammo Rental Group. The host communication was exceptional to assist us with extra cots/strollers & a late check out which enabled our babies to have a morning sleep!

This property was a Gem! We loved the location and the views were breathtaking. The service Maree and her staff provided was exceptional. The property is well furnished and has literally everything a home would have. It was a home away from home. Thank you so much for the service you provided. Thanks to all the staff too they were so lovely. We will definitely be recommending your place to all our friends and we shall be back very soon
