The Apartments

The property is lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. The single bed is OK, and so is the room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, which is very convenient and welcoming. The toiletries are of high quality, the kitchen is very well-equipped, and the coffee pods and bottle of wine on arrival were a very welcoming touch.

The double bed is a bit tiny, but survivable. The bottom oven gave out a very thick smoke, needs a deep clean. The WiFi is really really poor and does not allow for remote work. There were a lot of roadworks, very noisy until 11pm. We felt we should have been warned by this and provided with a discount or with a choice to rebook elsewhere. Without this issue and the WiFi, the flat would have been a 9.5

Loved the space, was an apartment but felt like home, in centre of the town and easy to get to, host was amazing

The location was amazing, so many local restaurants and shops which was great. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Very pleased with our stay and look forward to booking again.

The apartment was bright and airy but still warm and had all the furnishings we could want. We had a nice evening in and chilled out on the sofa and were pretty comfy. The hosts left us coffee and milk which was really thoughtful.

It seemed like some of the apartment hadn't been cleaned recently, it's possible that there just hadn't been anyone staying there for a little while but the shelves in the bathroom mirror cabinet hadn't been wiped since something else was put there.

It was our third time here, and everything was as good as the first visit.

Banging my head on the low window in the main bedroom, keep forgetting it is smaller than the living room.
