Nothing, the first impression of the property was created by the owner. Very rigid. Very rude.

The behaviour of the property owner was atrociously rude. He was drunk when he arrived to meet us for check in. Upon requesting to shift us to W2 , as we had family of young kids and senior citizen, we wanted to stay close by, he just said a stern NO and started staring at me as if we have done some crime on requesting. When we entered the apartment my wife again requested but without giving any reason he just said NO, he can't do it. Upon telling him that we won't give a good rating on booking.com due to his behaviour , he shrugged his shoulders and said- that's not my problem. Looks like he is not even bothered by booking.com reviews. We selected the property after finding 9.2 rating on booking.com website. But the experience doesn't deserve a 1 rating. At one point while discussing about our issues on why do we need apartments next to each other, he was ready to bang the door in front of us at 10 pm in the night and had the audacity to mention that I am closing the doors if you don't want to stay here, without even discussing the topic of staying here or not. That was out of question for us. Pathetic behaviour, worst service.

Excellent host, house very clean and tidy. All recommendations.
