Cosy Mount Studio Moments to Beach & Downtown

Fab location. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants in the heart of the Mount. The studio was clean and tidy and owners provide good quality products. The peanut slabs and Nespresso coffee machine with pods were a treat. Bed linen and towels very good quality. Highly recommended for a single traveler or a couple.

No major complaints. A couple of things to be aware of though, in case you haven’t read descriptions: this is a room under the owners house next to the garage. Be aware if renting in hotter months as no air conditioning, just a fan. No washing machine. Microwave only, no oven. A few house spiders trying to make themselves at home on the carpet too.

We appreciated notes, updates and information from the hosts. We felt at home. We loved walking on the beach, through the parks as well as the closer parts of town.

One thing i would like to see is a night light in the bathroom, as when one gets up in the night, and doesn't want to wake others ,its hard to see to get to the bathroom without turning on the lights, so the addition of a night light in the bathroom would really be helpful

The studio is clean tidy and warm and within walking distance to town and the beach. Chocolates are always a lovely touch and I was provided ample enough towels for my 3 night stay. Communication with Mal and Vanessa prior to, during, and after my stay was easy and they were very accommodating if I needed anything. I would certainly stay again!

It would be good to have a little indoor broom and shovel in the studio to sweep up any crumbs and hair etc, especially for multi night stays, though I’m sure if asked for Mal and Vanessa would have been only too obliging

Great handy location and quiet spot. Easy to come and go and really pleased to be able to park our vehicle on site. The beer in fridge and chocolate bars were a lovely personal touch and much appreciated.
