Great value for money, central location, very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is really comfortable - better than it looks on the photos. There’s a kitchen with everything you need, a large comfortable bed, good WiFi etc. For the price it’s a great deal

Central location close to most things

Steep stairs with no lift Doll size toilet Harassing and demanding owner who harassed my Ukrainian friend (in Ukrainian language)demanding that I pay an extra 2000UAH, over 4 weeks, for cleaning, although there was NO mention of this on booking.com site. I needed to contact customer service at booking.com to favourably resolve the issue. Attempting to fleece customers of extra money, on this way, is totally unacceptable.

Location was great. Owner was very helpful and understanding. Comfortable and near to everything, including supermarket, shops and transport, in the centre of the city. Very clean. Little noise.

Because of mobility difficulties I needed to climb stairs to get to 1st floor apartment. But this was manageable and no real problem.
