The location is great. Right in front of a sandy beach and just 5 minutes driving from Paleochora. Absolutely recommended. Very gentle host!

Everything perfect!

Morpheas Rooms is perfectly located overlooking a sandy beach. The room had every convenience we needed, very well presented and maintained. Our balcony looked directly over the beach and garden, which gave us excellent views of the sea. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and refreshed daily, which is an excellent service and much appreciated. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to coming back again.

There was nothing we didn't like like. We highly recommend Morpheas Rooms to any couple looking to explore the local area.

Apartment was really spacious with 2 big balconies. Kitchen equipped with a lot of home appliances e.g. blender, shaker, toaster. Air con working perfectly fine. Rooms are cleaned up everyday unless you put "do not disturb" message. Just across the street you have 2 beaches that are really nice and not crowded. Water is quite shallow so perfect for the kids. You don't need to rent any sunbed if you don't want to. There is a lot of space for everyone. When it comes to the location itself, there is rather nothing apart from the beach, so to have some dinner you need to go to Palaiochora. When we were leaving, we got a really nice surprise from our hosts - beautiful package of Cretan gifts. We really appreciated this!

Very friendly host and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are clean and are all equipped with the necessary utensils for cooking and a longer stay. Perfectly located just opposite the beach and the wonderful bay of Grammeno.

We didn't ever expect to receive such brilliant room service. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom were absolutely clean when we came AND every day after we returned from the beach and trips. The hosts were very nice to us, especially to our kids. It takes no more than 2 minutes to get to an astonishing beach

We had a room with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, that was actually a folded sofa on which you can't really sleep in the center, and it was kind of hard to find a comfortable position for sleeping on it.

Incredible hosts, modern, well fitted out, and the room was 2-3 times larger than anything I'd gotten for the same price in my last 6 weeks of travels. It really is amazingly good value and perfect if you enjoy/need the space.

The only thing is it is a bit out of town. So, if you want to head into town you need a car, a taxi, or need to enjoy walking. I had a car so no problem at all. It's a 5 minute drive on a good road. Saving grace here is you don't have to go to town for supplies as there is a market a few hundred metres up the road.

We had an excellent time at Morpheas rooms! The hosts were pleasant, friendly & went out of the way to make us comfortable. As we were travelling with a 2 year old, we requested to have a room on bottom floor & they helped us with that. Maria, did such a great job at cleaning the room every day despite the sand that our daughter dragged from the beach. The room was spacious with a big bed, small well equipped kitchenette where we could cook some meals & a nice balcony overlooking the sea. As we had rented a car, the free parking was great & the place is around 10 minutes drive from palaiochora town. A small playground was a sweet treat for our daughter & the olive tree garden behind the house was also very nice. The beach is just across the road & was one of the best ones for us compared to the ones we visited on the northern more popular side. As it's a bit off beat, the crowd was less & the restaraunts around still offer some good food. The hosts deserve an extra shout out as there warmth & friendliness made it one of our best stays during the trip. We warmly recommend the place & would love to stay with them again if we travel to Crete!
