The owner took the extra effort by providing all amenities needed. In addition, the availability of laundry detergent, toothpaste in two bathroom is appreciated. Never ever in my life experiencing quality details like the owner has done for the tenants. A very generous and considerate owner, it has been a good comfortable short stay, as we attended funeral and did not have much chance to research on accommodation options. The availability of filtered water system is appreciated and I sincerely commended this place that has surpassed my expectation totally.

The towels could be better in absorbing excess water after taking baths.

1. Strategic location. 2. Nice view of Kuala Terengganu and surrounding. 3. Guarded. 4. Towels, toothpaste, shower liquid and laundry powder are provided.

1. It's nice to have air cond at the living room. 2. Living room fan's remote control is malfunction. 3. Grill key and the power slot should be separated so that we can lock the grill without cutting of the whole apartment's lighting.
