La cocina es muy pequeña y faltaban elementos básicos en una vivienda, como estropajo.

Me encantó este estudio es súper acogedor. Terraza que enamora. Hay 3 piscinas. Una de ellas está enfrente en el club de padel. Precio excesivo el bar. Luego en la urbanización tienes las otras dos piscinas que están separadas en zonas distintas.Lugar perfecto si buscas tranquilidad ☺️

La situación, las instalaciones…

Por poner una pega las cortinas, solo tenían unas de color claro que dejaban entrar la luz desde muy temprano por la mañana, en el otro rail que había faltaban las típicas cortinas opacas para ponerlas para poder dormir

Very quiet location, close to tennis courts. Lovely private pool for the local appartments. Beautiful view from the terrace.

It was perfect for me and I'd happily rent here again.

The apartment is in a lovely quiet location but not far from the beach and bars and restaurants. The views from the terrace are beautiful. The pool areas were always kept clean and tidy.

The kitchen area is very small. It was fine for us as we ate out every evening but just as a warning if you were planning to cook at the apartment.

The birds singing is so beautiful and the amazing terrace view really worth it! The location is great, enjoyed a walk on the streets of Miraflores, it is also near beach Cabopino and Marbella. It’s spacious enough for a couple and the mattress is soft, slept very well.

The towels are very old and I would recommend to change those. The interior of the wardrobe smells odd and I couldn’t put my clothes there. The bathroom could have been cleaned better (the walls are dirty).

The location was what we required an excellent location good for walking and public transport

Lovely studio! Nice quiet location and good for bus links.

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like was the steep hill. Fine if you have a car or get a taxi up to the studio.

We liked the balcony which was shaded and very private, large and serenaded by bird song. Not overlooked and lovely outlook with sea views and beautiful sunsets Beautiful large shower and built in washing machine in the large shower room

Very small kitchen alcove Unable to easily walk to the sea because the footbridge over the dual carriageway is closed for repair and refurbishment
