Location and beach view was perfect. Steps out the door and you’re on the beach. Maria, host, was kind and allowed us to stay an hour after checkout. As it was at the end of tourist season, Nikos had left a few chairs and umbrellas out and Maria said free of charge. Not sure if they charge guests in the tourist season.

Room was not clean except for bed linens. Nothing else provided except for 2 white towels that there is a sign on the door, if they get sunscreen on them, there will be an extra charge. No toiletries, no kitchen amenities like dish soap, scrubbie, any kitchen linens. Dishes were not clean upon arrival. The cleanliness of the unit was disgusting. Food smears down the cupboard above the garbage and in the kitchen, dirty floors and under the bed had not been swept or cleaned in a long time. Maybe owners were done by the end of the tourist season, we heard their regular cleaner had already left? It’s just not fair to paying guests to not have it clean from the start and nothing but two towels provided. Shut it down like most of the others if that’s what’s going on. We tried to approach Maria at the beginning of our stay but she did not understand, language barrier. Nikos seemed a bit intimidating and there was no other available rentals to go to. We stayed two nights then moved on.
