Very close to the beach,super nice owner

If you re looking for quiet place unfortunately it's not good. All the night you will hear noise from the street,cars and motorbikes.

La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, vicinissima sia al mare che al centro. In più abbiamo trovato un appartamento davvero bello, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. Fabio è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, consiglio davvero questa struttura.

Casa nuova e pulita, 5 min a piedi da Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, possibilità di usare il terrazzo che è condiviso tra i 2 appartamenti della struttura. Due stanze con letto matrimoniale e 2 bagni, uno per stanza, uno molto grande, uno un po' più piccolo ma sempre pulito e con doccia. Condizionatori nelle due camere e nella cucina. C'era il Thè e le cialde del caffè offerti da poter usare con la macchinetta del caffè. L'Host Fabio soggiornava nell'appartamento superiore ed era sempre disponibile e gentile in caso di necessità. Ottima esperienza.

Essendo sia lo spazio esterno sia la terrazza condivise tra i due appartamenti, bisogna avere "fortuna" o comunque organizzarsi per poter usare gli spazi esterni, ma devo dire che nel nostro soggiorno li abbiamo usati tranquillamente senza problemi con altri turisti.
