Der Herd hat leider nicht funktioniert,nach eine halben Stunde ist das Wasser nicht einmal warm geworden. Das ist das einzige was ein Minus war,der Rest super.

We had rented two flats, the one on the first floor and the one on the top floor. While we were only 4 people, we wanted to have more space and privacy. Both flats are spacious and would easily accommodate many more people if you don't mind sharing. Having the balcony area on the first floor was also lovely. The location is excellent in terms of access to the S Bahn, buses, supermarket, bakeries, ice cream parlour, pizzeria etc. all within a few minutes walk. I found the host quite responsive. I had to call for the code for the lock box with the keys, but got immediate access. Also we had an issue with a blown fuse, which the host did their best to resolve over a bank holiday (it involved sourcing a replacement fuse rather than flipping a switch). A third item we had to get in touch about was that due to a mix up, the upstairs flat had not been cleaned before our arrival. The next day it was left sparkling. It was very hot during our stay, and I had been worried about the upstairs flat under the roof getting very hot for sleeping. However, since there are windows on both sides it was easy to generate some air flow and hence much better temperatures during the night. There were also fans in each room.

Overall the house feels in need of a bit of an upgrade, with somewhat tired decor (and an ageing fuse box). The location is close to a big road, and traffic starts early. The upstairs flat should have been cleaned before we arrived.

The apartment is near PENNY, Lidl, and public transportation and train stations, making it a convenient location. It is very comfortable. We loved our stay in the flat, which is equipped with all the kitchenware you could possibly need. The main drawback is that elderly people cannot reside in the flat because it is on the third floor and requires 50 steps to reach the flat.

The accommodation was perfectly fine, spacious, and well-located. There's a great pizzeria called Tony's under the house, which I recommend. Nearby, there are shops, a bus stop, a pub, etc.

We had to wait to receive the key, but in the meantime, we had a couple of beers at Tony's Pizzeria. The only thing we didn't like was that the photos and the description mentioned a balcony or terrace, but unfortunately, our apartment had neither.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. there are plenty of beds and chairs. the living room and the kitchen were wide. most of the facilities we need were available. the owner was helpful and answered our phone anytime. Thank you so much, you made our holiday very nice
