A Dream On The Beach Sun Club

The apartment was right next to the beach, with a full sea view from the garden. No road noise whatsoever, only the sound of the waves... The apartment was very well equipped, we did not lack anything. The local pool was the perfect temperature (25 degrees C), clean, and large enough for swimming (about 20m). Our host, Paola, did a great job of communicating before arrival, meeting us onsite, and helping us with timely and useful information via chat during our stay. We could always park for free within 200m of the apartment.

Ligging aan een rustig strand, faciliteiten waren goed, zwembad groot en mooi,.

Zwembad was beetje koud. Opbergbox met allerlei spullen was kapot. 1 ligstoel ontbrak een leuning. Er was geen ontvsngst. Alles via app.

Sehr gute Lage, Bungalow mit kleiner Terrasse und 2 kleinen Balkonen, sehr gute Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern. Sehr schöne Aussicht ! Super Pool! Strand direkt an der Unterkunft , nie zu voll.

Parkplätze auf der Straße, manchmal schwer einen freien Parkplatz zu bekommen. Nachbar gleich daneben ( Terrasse nicht so privat).

La posizione eccellente sul mare in una struttura con piscina condivisa con altri appartamenti, ma molto tranquilla. Lettini a disposizione nei pressi della piscina. Appartamento ben attrezzato con utensili , elettrodomestici, aria condizionata nelle 2 camere da letto. Perfettamente vivibile e funzionale per una famiglia di 4 persone.

Mancanza di parcheggio riservato, solo 1 bagno , nessun cambio biancheria in 1 settimana.

The location

The pool was absolutely freezing. We were not warned about this. I’ve been to the Canaries before and the pools are not heated but this was dangerously cold. We were looking forward to swimming every day but just couldn’t , very disappointed

What an absolute gem! The outdoor area was wonderful and a stones throw from the beach. The pool area was fabulous and everything was so well maintained. It’s definitely quiet and the sound of the sea while you fall asleep is amazing. The bedrooms are both huge and the shared space is lovely and v well equipped.

Definitely need 2 sets of keys as you do need them to get in/out and to the beach area. And having some basics (like toilet paper!) on arrival would be good 🙃

Swimming pool was great and very close to the beach. Beds were excellent to sleep on and the outside area was amazing to relax in the evenings and having dinner outside

Cooking equipment is in poor shape. Pots and pans need replacing. More utensils are needed for cooking and better knives. And please replace the towels. They had a weird smell. Tip for future guests. Do not shop in the supermarkets in Playa de Aguila. They are VERY expensive. There is a small SPAR supermarket in Playa de Feliz which is very nice and a great Mercadona only a bus ride away in Maspaloma. You get way more for your money! Also stay away from the restaurant next to the apartment. They served rotten meat. The chef is obviously not good since he does not notice that.

Location is perfect. Awesome views. We could hear ocean all the time from the bedroom.

The facilities are pretty outdated. It wasn't very clean either.

Amazing location, protected from high winds but with waves on the beach so can do a bit of body board. The residence is very pretty, nice swimming pool and terrace. Maintenance people keep things clean and tidy. It feels very private well kept secret. The flat front garden is brilliant, facing the sea, although lacks shade or a parasol during the day. The flat is very well equipped, only missing a few glasses and mugs. Bedrooms air conditioning is excellent, very quiet. The residence is very close to but not right in the main touristic areas of Maspalomas, a plus for us. You can do without a car with very frequent buses and no more than 10 euro taxi ride to Maspalomas faro area.

Only 2 smalls grocery shops that don't sell fresh meat and fish within walking distance. Only 1 restaurant ( good food, good value, booking required) in the immediate vicinity although there's more 15 to 20 min walk away but Maspalomas huge restaurant and shops range is 10 minutes drive away.
