CRCRSpent three lovely nights at this place! Very comfortable unit. The room and bathroom are separate from the kitchenette / dinning place. Best thing is that you are no more than 100 mts away from the seashore. From your veranda you can hear the sound of the ocean, unless you go inside and close the glass door of your apartment. The owner, Gary Davis, is very friendly and accommodating and will try to cater to any special need you may have in order to make your stay at his place memorable. Hope to return there in a not very distant future!
I can not think of anything to complain about, except that it would be good to have the option of disconnecting the outside lightbulb (which isn't very bright by the way) before you go to sleep. I like completely dark environments for sleeping but it wasn't a great deal and I already provided Mr. Davis feedback about this issue.
CZAmazing place for accomodation, beautiful beach, friendly owner and really nice and comfortable room. We spent there two nights during Easter, it was sunny weather and palm trees in front of the house provided shade ... It is really calm and nice place - it is MUST! in Nicoya ...
USLocation was perfect for us; the surf was fabulous--we could see or hear the beach at any time. We could walk to the little market for food for the apartment, or walk to many good restaurants nearby. It was safe being out after dark, and stars were bright every night. We even saw the green flash twice at sunset. The host was welcoming and delightful, and full of helpful information for us.
ITPlumita is set right in front of a wonderful beach (Janquillal). Gary, the owner, gave us plenty of useful infos. We really felt at home. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach and sea. Though the flat is somewhat basic it was good value for money. It was the overall feeling of "being at home" and, of course, the location that give this property the highest score.
Some of the facilities need a little bit refurbishing.

The Villa was a little dated but relatively clean.

The apartment has everything that you need for your stay, but I guarantee you that you will spend most of the time at the beach, which is IN FRONT of Gary's property. A true gem
