lo unico bueno era que a 2 cuadras esta la playa. El EDIFICIO esta en 1ra linea. con parking.

El departamento NO esta en 1ra linea, la redaccion del aviso es engañosa. Hasta la reserva no confirman cual dpto toca, PERO DICE QUE ESTA EN 1RA LINEA e incluso por telef confirmaron vista al mar, y era mentira!!! SUPER OSCURO, CONTRAFRENTE CON TERRAZA QUE DA A OTRO EDIFICIO. Bastante pobre la limpieza, colchas viejisimas y sucias, igual que las cortinas. FEO FEO. Hemos reclamado y no nos cambiaron. Una decepcion. De todas las fotos de la publicidad solo coincide la terraza en una de ellas. Nada mas. Al menos el que nos toco a nosotros piso 9. dpto 210. Aire acondicionado solo en el comedor.

Todo bien y muy buena ubicación.

El suelo aparte de ser muy claro resbala mucho y es un peligro a la hora de ducharte si cae agua al suelo.

El apartamento cómodo, la piscina muy bonita, la playa super limpia y con césped antes de la arena, aparcamiento privado bajo tenada y la ubicación un 10.

En las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado solo en el comedor pero tienen ventiladores en el techo que funcionan bien.
