Ferienapartment Alex am See

Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen groß genug. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut und auch recht schnell erreichen. Selbst mit dem Öffis ist einfach. Uns hat die Baustelle nicht gestört. Ein plus war, das wir unsere Fahrräder in einer Garage unterstellen konnten. Auch fanden wir es gut das eine Waschmaschine im Keller war, wo wir dann auch Mal was waschen konnten. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und gegenüber Edeka. Auch das Strandbad ist wunderschön und wir sind einmal in den Genuss gekommen.Wenn das Wetter jetzt noch mitgespielt hätte, wäre es ein richtig schöner Urlaub gewesen.

Uns hat ein Backofen gefehlt und schärfere Messer und Sparschäler.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 50 m von der FW entfernt, die Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m. Auch gastronomische Einrichtungen befinden sich gleich an der FW. FW ist sauber und man hört die Bahnlinie fast nicht. Auf dem Balkon kann man die Züge beobachten.

Messer sind nur 3 vorhanden, bei einem Paar, welches Frühstück und Abendessen in der FW einnehmen möchte, zu wenig.

Everything was excellent – the apartment was clean and bright, with a very comfortable bed. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay – towels, a coffee machine, and more. A special thank you for the transport tickets valid on all types of transportation along the lake shore. The train stop is right next to the house, which was super convenient!

The space is good for three people. The heating system worked perfectly when the temperature outside was really low. The bathtub is a highlight. I really love it.

If a version of guiding book could be in English, that would be better. Beside that, I didn't know that I need to pay when using washing machine. I hope the information I could get when booking. Finally, one thing I need to mention is about the fridge. Lowest level cannot freeze ice cream. I need to put it in the highest level, but the door of freezer is broken and fell down. This kind of condition should be improved.

Good location

They just adding 7 more apartments to our building and that created some noice, sometimes 7 in the morning.

The location was perfect. Directly by the train station and still in good proximity to the lake. The bathroom worked well and the patio was bigger than expected.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the room was a little bit warm at night.

Property is in good condition. Floor heating is for individual parts of apartment which brings pleasant climate control. Location is great - 10-15 min of walk to the lake. Excellent accessibility to local shop (additional benefit is that there is local farmer within walking distance - she is open also on Sundays who can grand you minimal provision). Train station right in front of the house (trains are quiet so you barely notice them) There is sufficient facilities for mid term accommodation: fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, closet, washing machine & drier. Best point for me, was a landlord who speaks English and was very friendly to help in facilitating sorting out with administration (as I had to register with authorities as I had to stay for more then 2 weeks)

For longer stays: too small kitchen surface

Self check-in. Host respond was quick. All what you need avaliable here. Parking slot next to entrance outside. There are lots additional place to park the car around. The privat loundery on the -1 floor. Big balkony/terrace, separate place for work in the living room. It is warm appartment even in case frost outside. The view. Supermarket Edeka City just behind the corner,

There were several days when we had a smell in the bathroom but it was not critical because after we close the door there and turned on the Ventilation it totally disapear.
