Sehr moderne Einrichtung und überwiegend in einem guten Zustand. Die Lage war super und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Hunde waren willkommen.

Viel zu warm für eine Ferienwohnung im Sommer, keine Klimaanlage oder Belüftung. Kaum bis keine Auskünfte vom Personal bzgl. Müllentsorgung, Check out etc. Es wurde nichts richtig erklärt. Erst auf Nachfrage im laufe des Aufenthalts bekamen wir Infos per Mail. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Rügen bzw. Im First und wurden über nichts aufgeklärt, z.B. Kurkarte, Wäschekarte etc. Es wurde einfach ein Betrag genannt und man sollte zahlen, ohne zu wissen wofür überhaupt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche schwankt extrem, mal kommt normal Wasser, mal tröpfelt es nur. Auch die Temperatur wechselt ständig von heiß auf kalt.
