The location was great. The view is very good. Close to everything we need.

The condo was not ready for check-in on our arrival. The owner did not clean the place after the previous guests. Bed linen was dirty, piles of dirty towels were on the floor, and food leftovers were on the countertop We arrived, got in after a long flight, and just got out. The host did not answer, after numerous attempts to call, we eventually spoke to the host, and he apologized. We were told it would take another 4 hours to clean our condo. It was very frustrating and disappointing. We asked for one .ay refund but still did not get a reply from the host/owner

The property is a short two minute walk to the beach and two minutes to fifth Avenue. It is in a quiet neighborhood and there is a 7-Eleven next-door. If you need any supplies in your car is needed you can walk anywhere.
