Very kind and helpful host. Close to supermarket and bus station. Free coffee and filtered water. Having both a fan and AC helped with the hot weather.

Everything was fine!

Amazing large room with comfortable bed, great air conditioning and bathroom. Also with coffee to enjoy in the morning on the lovely colourful patio. Rafael the owner was excellent to communicate with, let me check in early, stay late and also store my bag for a while on my final day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re a solo (equally great as a couple as bed is huge) for exploring playa del Carmen. Added bonus is large supermarket/general store close by to stock up on anything you need.

Rafael and his wife were super friendly. The location is absolutely great! 5min walk from the bus station, 2 min walk to the supermarket and 15 min from the beach. The room is huge and clean. The rooster gave the place personality

Das Zimmer ist an der Straße gelegen. Es war die ganze Nacht ,bis früh um 4:00 Uhr,laut, meist durch Musik, Motorräder, Hundegebell auf der Straße und es wurde hier auch gefeiert. Hätten uns gern eine Wohnung zum Hof gewünscht die auch vermietet wurden. Dort war es , von anderen Urlaubern erzählt, kein Straßenlärm zu hören war. Wir waren am Morgen nicht richtig ausgeschlafen. Wir mussten das Ganze neun Wochen durchstehen, waren froh, als wir wieder zu Hause waren. Die Vermieter sonst sehr freundlich. Da im Februar die Südwinde aufkamen, konnte man wenig schwimmen, auch wurde durch den Wind viel Seegras an Land geschwemmt, die dann mit schweren Gerät jeden Tag beräumt wurde, es war dann immer auch sehr laut am Strand.

Hosts were super friendly. We felt at home with them the entire time and they treated us like family. They even arranged the cab when we left and gave us snacks for the plane ride home. Area was safe and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Close enough to walk to activities on Fifth Avenue but far enough away to be quiet. Place was clean and comfortable.
