The owner is amazing always ensuring that we had everything we needed. It is a short walk from centre and away from all the hustle and bustle. All amenities are within walking distance and there are a lot of taquerias close by

From the price and the foto's I expected a good quality hotel/hostel with some local atmosphere, however the faclities were rather tired and the room was quite dark, More a homestay than a hotel. There was a patio outside, but it was not very inviting since the view was the street and it was untidy. bathroom had a leak causing the floor being permanently wet in front of the shower. Reasonably clean, but some mold, dust and insect (cockrouch?) in the shower. Internet very slow, sufficient for checking mails but not for further browsing/uploading files,

For our 1-night stay, it was a good experience. They were very attentive and kind, always taking care of our messages and questions. The room was clean, good air conditioning, big enough for two people. The location is good, you can reach the main, more touristic areas by walking. An extra good point about its location is that the bus coming from Tulum drops you off just two blocks away from the property. This was super convenient. Thank you for welcoming us.

The location of this property is great. Everything (including the beach) is within walking distance. Our room was very clean and had very good facilities. We also liked that drinking water was available. Rafael and Maria are exceptionally nice hosts and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property!

Spotless clean, the location is great just a couple of blocks from all the action so you can easily walk and you can actually sleep at night at this quiet location, the hosts are very nice people and they even let us check in a bit early.

Good location near all the supermarkets,big room,comfortable beds,nice bathroom,very quiet.The owner helped us out when we couldn’t use the little stove and gave us a bigger pan to use.

The room was full of mosquitoes when we moved in and we were bitten badly,we had to buy a can of spray to kill them all. Although the room was spotless when we first arrived,it wasn’t cleaned at all,in all the time we were there,we were here for 6 nights! This was totally unacceptable. We had to ask for clean towels and emptying of a full bin. We didn’t get asked if we needed toiletries or toilet paper,or if we wanted our beds changing! Luckily we found some toilet rolls in a drawer in the room outside our door,but we weren’t told that they were there for our use.
