It was big and had all the facilities you’d need.

It seems like the owner lives downstairs so feel like you have to be quiet, it makes it a little less private too. But it’s great if you are looking for a quiet holiday and out most the time.

Limpieza mediocre. Utensilios de cocina presentes pero inutiles. Cuchillos que no cortan, tijeras que no van. Privacidad justa. Ya que el propietario esta en la misma casa pero en la planta de abajo

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area about 30-50 minutes walk from the heart of Maspolomas and Playa del Ingles, but much closer to the delightful area of San Fernando. Free parking was readily available on the street, although it may not always be immediately outside the property. The decor is bright and vibrant, exactly as shown in the photos, and the courtyard pool is a great facility. Air-con in every bedroom and the living room is very welcome, and the washing machine and dishwasher were handy extras in the well-equipped kitchen. Chris was polite and responsive, and the whole stay was drama-free.

If you plan on walking into Maspolomas or Playa del Ingles daily, the walk from the property isn't a short one. The pool had a tendency to green slightly during our stay, although Chris recognised this and treated it without us needing to ask. The furniture on the sun terrace would benefit from updating to match the quality of the facilities inside. Not everything was maintained to the same high standard, and the BBQ in particular would need a thorough clean to make it usable for us.

Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati, abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole incontro con delle blatte( purtroppo molto diffuse alle canarie ) nonostante ciò l’host è stato super disponibile e pronto a risolvere il problema.

Lovely place. In quiet area about 40 mins walk from centre. Very comfortable 4 bedroomed place. Well equipped. Lived in, clean place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room inside and out on rooftop terrace. Perfect kind of place for our grownup family. Great hosts too.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could want, even parasol for beach, cooler bags. Private heated pool was a bonus. Hosts live downstairs and are friendly and welcoming, even gave us a bottle of bubbly for NYE. Would highly recommend.

Bit far from beach but only short taxi ride. You can walk it in about 30 mins.

The apartment looked just as in the pictures and all the equipment (kitchen, bathroom etc.) was available, we stayed there for 7 days. Chris was waiting for us so we got the keys straight away. Besides, there was a lot of equipment for the beach (parasol, chairs etc.) provided for us. The pool was fantastic, Chris cleaned it regularly. The parking was free of charge and easy on the street. The accommodation was really quiet and lovely I suggest it strongly to others.

The four bedrooms were spacious. The private pool was great, and the location was good, and the host was so helpful. Chris, the owner, lives downstairs, so he was on hand if we needed him.

The fact that the AC kept tripping the power ( to be fair the temps were in the low 40s) and that there were no doors on two of the ensuite bathrooms ment that if you were in bed you saw and heard your partner on the toilet. Very difficult to cook food for the children as power kept tripping. Strong smell of cigarettes in the entrance and pool area.
