Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage et des dunes. Centres Cita, Sandia et Yumbo à 5 minutes à pieds. Arrêt de bus à proximité.

Piscine sale et non sécurisée Extérieurs du bungalow non entretenu Intérieur sale, la salle de bain est misérable Pas de barreaux de protection aux fenêtres...nous nous sommes fait cambriolés ! Emplacement privé avec chaises longues inutilisable car situé sur de la pelouse synthétique recouverte de feuilles mortes Voisinage (résidents à l'année) et complexes voisins bruyants Travaux de rénovation dans le bungalow voisin, et conszruction d'un nouveau complxe juste derrière...

La urbanización era muy tranquila, además que los vecinos eran muy agradables y cercanos. Las instalaciones estaban bastante bien y limpias. Contaba con un mini patio privado con tumbonas y mesa muy acogedor.

El baño no cuenta con una estantería o balda para poder dejar las cosas. En las habitaciones hacia un poco de calor.

The bungalow was centrally located. It is in a very quiet area and has lots of natural sunlight. It was pleasant

The apartment needs a good refurbishment. The furniture is old. Internal doors make too much noise to close and open. The main glass door is not easy to lock. Wifi was not working. We had asked the owner to make sure it works as we work remotely but instead we had to use our own 5G all the time. The apartment was found dirty. We had to clean it before moving in.
