location was perfect

The location was perfect however the building is getting a little bit old and so were some appliances in the apartment. nevertheless it was clean and the staff was really helpful

Apartment: The apartment has all the amenities that you would expect, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots pans, big refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, power points, couch, table, chairs, comfy beds, bed lights, wardrobe, drawers etc etc Food / Supplies: Mini Supermarket - 1 Min ~ 8 Litres, Spring Water, €1.90 👍 Euro Spar - 8 Min Mercadona - 8 Min Lidl - 10 Min Gym / Fitness / Beach: MS Gym - 5 Min (Recommended ~ €10pw / €30pm) Olympic Beach Gym - 15 Min (€7 pd / €30pw / €60pm) Free Motion - Cycling - 15 Min Free Wheel Sport Club - Cycling - 10 Min Bike 10mil - Cycling - 10 Min Playa Del Ingles Beach - 15 Min

Point To Note: This review is coming from myself who has worked extensively within the Hospitality sector around Europe within a managerial capacity. The building the apartment is located is called "Los Molinos" this is a residential complex of around 300+ units of which quite a few of the local residents have handed over there homes to be managed by property agents thus accumulating a second income for themself, the business model is similar to that of Airbnb. - Furniture Maintenance Required - 10 Litre Hot Water Tank ~ Shower, Wash Basin, Dirty Dishes - No Air Conditioning - No Free WiFi ~ €5.00 Per Day - 39 Spanish TV Channels / Only 1 English (no 28) - Road / Street Noise - No Sun Brollies Offered @ Poolside - Poolside Closed "6pm" Verdict: Due to road / street noise I won't be rebooking this accomodation, it's possible to sleep from 1am - 7am with ear plugs, 6 hours sleep per night will be your max however.

"Nice apartment in an old building."

Calling it luxury might be pushing it but it is a nice apartment. Location is good.

It is in a large complex with around 6 floors. The building has seen better day's but as i said the apartment is good.

Great location for yumbo , clean and reasonably spacious .

No WiFi!! In this day and age WiFi is a necessity almost like running water.
