Sobresale entre todo, el trato exquisito del recepcionista Joserra, atento en todo momento.

La falta de profesionalidad de las mujeres que limpiaban, pues entre otras cosas no cambiaban las sabanas en toda la semana. Siendo las nuestras ya usadas anteriormente, aunque me hubiese quejado.
