Great location, Easy check in, out.

Excellent condition and great location. Very clean with lovely balcony and pool . One of the best we have ever stayed in Playa del Ingles , after 18 years of visiting Gran Canaria. We will put it on top of our list for future visits . Gaia was lovely and helped make our stay ❤️ a happy one .

Only thing that would improve our stay is air conditioning , but there was a welcome breeze into the apartment when you wanted it.

Location - close to all amenities a resort holiday has to offer. Apartment - Nicely timed meeting with apartment key holder. 2nd floor apartment clean but very much a basic apartment. Big balcony facing street , overlooking pool area.

Bedroom - Bed linen was awful polyester/cotton which draws perspiration from sleepers. We had to remove the polyester mattress protector as it actually felt and sounded as though we were lying on a large crinkly plastic bag. Bedroom window was of the old wooden style (not double glazed) and you could clearly hear all residents coming and going well after midnight (including arguing, shouting and one night, 3am crying/wailing). This wasn't every single night but when it was loud it it caused us to wake up and sit alert for a while as we just didn't know what was going on. Quality of restful sleep was bad. Bathroom- Tiny walled-in shower area that was difficult to manoeuvre inside to get cleaned in comfort.Just about manageable for slim people but have no idea how a 'wider' person could shower comfortably in there. Toilet area - As mentioned in other reviews toilet seat is on a raised tiled area and I've no idea why it is constructed like this as it is dangerous to step up onto and you do find yourself in a very awkward position whilst seated (tip- keep loo roll on sink ledge in front of you as you just wont have enough room to unroll it from holder on wall behind you without snapping your spine) . Bathroom needs complete overhaul. Kitchen - Adequate but small fridge freezer compartment section is open at the back so very hard to make ice cubes. Remedied by buying bag of ice instead which actually helps the fridge keep things cooler. It's true that there is no toaster (other reviews) and all I can add is that at least trying to make toast using the supplied sandwich toaster gave us a laugh (owners - buy a toaster). Living area - Just OK Overall - Basic accommodation that's OK for a couple on a tighter budget but just not for us. Recommdations - Invest in cotton bed linen, cotton mattress topper (which will also protect your mattress and is equally washable between guests departing/arriving).

The apartment was very clean on arrival. Very well situated. Pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds.

Shower cubicle was quite small and the toilet was awkward to use due to being on a raised platform. Electrics tripped if cooker and microwave were used together. Would have preferred a normal toaster, rather than the sandwich one present.

Location was great, host was helpful, balcony is nice Wifi was very good.

Shower room is extremely small and hot/cold water regulation din't really work. Water boiler is quite small. The toilet is very high up in relation to the floor so using it was quite the challenge. Some electricity issues - sometimes could not use 2 stovetops at the same time or power would cut. Sometimes the stovetop got very hot and would not cool down when switch lower and sometimes it took forever to get hot at all. One side of the bed made extremely loud squeaking noises when moving in the bed (turning a side etc). The couch seems pretty old and not very comfortable to sit on. The place could use some renovation - things are showing their age.
