Läge kan inte vara bättre, restaurangen, stranden och promenaden. Bra lägenhet. Köket med basic utrustnig. Badrummet lite för liten men den fungerade. Sovrummen var helt OK. Städat pool med bekväma solstolar och välskött trädgård. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Utmärkt kontakt med värden.

När vi kom till lägenhet nummer 13 kändes mycket intensiv lukt av industrifärg. Lägenheten är fuktskadat och det hjälpte inte att den var målad. Fuktskador blev synliga nästa dag nere på väggarna vid listerna. Vi hade fått totalt stopp i toastolen men värden åtgärdade det super snabbt. Varje dag hittade på golvet ett vandrande mask. Kolla bilderna. I stort sett allt fungerade bra om man inte har för stora förväntningarna.

Hyvä paikka, lähellä rantaa. Ihana merinäköala. Siistiä, siivous joka toinen päivä.

Keittiön varustelu hyvin suppea, perusastiat. Ei kahvinkeitintä, mutta mutteripannu löytyy.

direct aan de boulevard, centraal gelegen in Playa del Ingles. Mooi appartement, dagelijks onderhoud/reinigen in de tuin en zitmeubelen buiten op eigen terras en bij het zwembad.

Zwembad was koud, in de jacuzzi dreef veel vuil, misschien ook door de harde wind en vele regen die de dagen ervoor was geweest. dag voor vertrek werd deze wel gereinigd.

Precis som på bilderna, fräsch och välstädat. Fanns det vi behövde i köket för att fixa frukost. Utmärkt läge vid strandpromenaden. Nära till supermercados, restauranger och barer. Busshållplatsen nära. Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse och kan rekommendera varmt.Mycket trevlig städpersonal, tillmötesgående och med ett fint bemötande.

Between the cocroaches, the intense unhealthy smell, and the disregard for the guests, this was a very unpleasant stay due to several significant issues: - We found cockroaches two days in a row. The main door has a gap at the bottom and no protective nets, allowing insects to enter freely. After speaking with the neighbours we heard they had the same issue. One of us has respiratory issues and could hardly breathe after using a big quantity of spray to kill the cockroaches. We weren’t even able to open the windows to let air in due to lack of nets that would let more insects in, yet no practical solution was offered. - The jacuzzi was dirty and filled with sand. Management claimed it was due to the wind and it was cleaned daily at 8 AM. Since the sand levels remained identical throughout the day it was easy to tell no cleaning actually took place until the day of our checkout when it looked significantly cleaner. - Intense smell of industrial paint. We suspect non-ecological paint was used, making the air quality very poor. - The in-room safe requires a €20/week fee to use. Since it operates with a simple key and no maintenance is required, this feels like an unreasonable cash grab—especially since the property does not guarantee the safety of belongings. - Despite leaving a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, staff entered our apartment on the first day and moved the sign to the living room table. - There is only self-check and it is not communicated in advance so upon arrival we had to call multiple times until we figure out our way. We noticed this was a common problem other guests faced upon their arrival in the following days too. This could be managed much more efficiently by sharing the password for picking up the keys from the box ahead of time. - The property claims 24h reception but didn’t see written there’s no physical reception. - The location was really touristy and the only good thing was being close to the beach and dunes.

Heel leuk, modern en heel goed uitgerust appartement met heel fijne bedden in een kleinschalig appartementscomplex, aan de boulevard. We zaten op de begane grond met fijne ligbedden op het terras en tafeltje met 4 stoelen. Prima klein zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Vanuit de tuin direct toegang tot de kilometerslange boulevard en strand (via trap of lift te bereiken). Schoonmaak en verwisseling handdoeken helemaal goed. Afwasmiddel, sponsje, keukenhanddoek aanwezig. Rustig gelegen, vlakbij winkels en leuke kroegen (de Ierse pub met live optredens was onze favoriet). Sleutels van appartement zaten in een kastje die met code geopend moest worden. Heel vriendelijke beheerders en schoonmaaksters.
