The bathroom water system made noise from time to time ,water from upstairs room.

The area was the only good thing I can say. There was a drainage problem in our room and we called and called with no help for 3 days, dealt with rude staff who sent someone to flush the toilet and leave. Our air conditioning was broken and we said this as well. Nothing was sorted until we say we had reported to booking.com then our room got changed. The holiday was well and truly ruined by rude reception, smell of sewage in the room and then zero water due to a fault in the island. The sewage problem was a direct issue with the apartment and they moved someone else into our room despite the smell.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon auf den Atlantik sowie den Strand von Playa del Ingles und die Dünen von Maspalomas. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Treppe zum Strand ist durch den rückwärtigen Eingang zur Promenade ebenfalls nur ca. 100m entfernt, sodass einem spontanen Badevergnügen auch im Meer nichts im Wege steht. Der Pool und das Grundstück wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, über den Service für das Appartement waren alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher und eine nahezu komplette Reinigung der Zimmer möglich - was aber gar nicht in Anspruch genommen werden musste. Die direkte Kommunikation mit dem netten Personal hierzu verlief überragend.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die recht dünnen Fenster. Dadurch war nachts die ein oder andere, zwar ein paar hundert Meter entfernte, aber zumindest für empfindliche Ohren wahrnehmbare Musik / Live-Bar, hörbar.

Goed appartement, mooi ingericht, rustig complex, mooi zwembad (wel wat koud nu in december) en een prachtig uitzicht en een lieve housekeeping

De douche, deze is of heel heet of heel koud..

Nothing was up to scratch.

Staff was rude, no balcony as advertised, old beds and no towels
