The whole process from the beginning to the end was stress free. Enzo the owner has great communication skills and gave us clear step by step instructions. The apartment was located on the first floor with a pool view. The apt was very clean and well-equipped. The bed very comfortable and the room temp was cool. The apt comes with air con and tv. Furnished to a good standard there's plenty of space. The bathroom was in modern decor, offering a large shower and plenty of hot water. Kichen was well equipped with hob, microwave and washer. Balcony had a table 2 chairs and a built in seating area. Great space to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Enzo was the perfect host, keeping us upto date and responded to our queries very quickly. Would I stay here again? Definitely. The location of the apartments is great, supermarket underneath the block, 3 mins walk to the Yumbo Center and the bus stops about the same.

Not that i dont like anything about the apartament. but is loud from the street. That earbug can solve it .so no coplanes

Everything in the appartment was great, lots of facilities in the appartment, clean and modern. The location is very convenient and Lorena, the contact person was very attent and helpful from moment one! We will be back

In the pool area there are no toilet facilities nor changing room. The caretaker of the pool got snotty to me on my last day, after checking out, as I brought a small suitcase for an hour while as was making time to get a taxi to get to the airport. There isn't any place to leave the luggage until you get a taxi to get to the airport.... But the people involved with the apartment were wonderful and very attent all the time.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped apartment very close to the Yumbo centre. The manager was polite and helpful, and graciously accommodated our late check-in after a flight delay. We travel a lot, and this is a gem if you also like to have an apartment when you travel.

Great location, fully equipped flat and the staff was very helpful: gave us spare keys and let us check out later.

The water stream was very low! Sometimes water flow just stopped and it was very frustrating.
